What We're Looking For:
We need creative, energetic, and patient teachers who can inspire young learners (ages 4-12 years old) to develop their English language skills. You'll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to different learning styles, fostering a positive classroom atmosphere, and helping our students build confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing English.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver fun and interactive English lessons for young learners.
Create a positive, encouraging, and child-friendly learning environment.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development.
Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions.
Utilize a variety of teaching aids and materials to make lessons dynamic.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English (native or near-native proficiency required).
Previous experience teaching English to young learners is highly preferred.
A teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a strong asset.
Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field is a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including afternoons and weekends.
